The route through Morocco

Route: From Tangier to Fès, then bus to Casablanca because of Tiphaine’s accident (due to a slippery road and a bad front tyre). Martin cycled alone to the Atlas Mountains, from Casablanca to Marrakech then towards Agadir, while Tiphaine was recovering. We met again in Agadir to cycle South. Guelmim is the start of the Sahara desert

Kilometers cycled: 963 km together

Visa: visa-free for both, 3 months visa

Dates: 1 month (30th of December 2017 – 30th of January 2018)

What we liked: the food, because very good, fresh, healthy, diverse and cheap, the people, incredibly generous

What was challenging: roads were sometimes quite steep
